I’m leaving this review because I’m genuinely really hurt and disappointed by how this was handled. I booked Brittany back in March for my October wedding. From the beginning, we had detailed conversations and she agreed to do a trial appointment and come to my home the morning of my wedding. I planned my entire hair schedule around those arrangements and trusted that everything was set. Then completely out of nowhere, she randomly texted me and canceled. The message included gas prices as part of the reasoning, which honestly made it feel even more frustrating because I would have absolutely paid more, covered travel, or worked with her on pricing if this had been an actual conversation instead of a sudden cancellation. I would have done whatever was needed to make it work, but I was never given that chance. Instead, I just received a blunt text after months of planning together, with no real discussion or effort to find a solution. For something as important as a wedding, that level of abruptness felt incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. What makes this worse is that I’m now left scrambling months before my wedding trying to find someone new, reworking plans I thought were already secured, and dealing with unnecessary stress during what should be an exciting time. I understand things can change, but the way this was handled—after months of communication and trust—felt careless. I’m really hurt by it, and I would be cautious if you need someone reliable for a major life event.
